A few days ago, a breakthrough was achieved in the topic of "New Type Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Design and Integration Technology", which successfully developed 2.2 kW ironless motors and 5kW transverse flux motors. The developed coreless motor has an efficiency of 89.8%, which is 11.8% higher than the Y2 series asynchronous motors of the same specification, and the power density has increased by 103%. The power density of the transverse flux motor has doubled compared with ordinary motors. The two permanent magnet AC servo motors developed in this subject can be widely used in CNC machine tools, robots, electric cars, elevators, household appliances and other occasions.
